There are some striking new developments in one of the cases we’re supporting, Renna v. Becerra. Intimidated by the progress YOUR support has made possible, the government is now trying to game the system in order to win. 



Here’s how the gun grabbers are putting their finger on the scales of justice: They’re not so sure their arguments will hold up in trial, so they’re complaining that too many 2A cases are being assigned to Judge Benitez.



The tyrants are hoping if they whine loudly enough, this important case will be assigned to yet another typical California judge who will rule against the Second Amendment.



Our recent successes have the government running scared. They know that Judge Roger T. Benitez has looked at recent 2nd Amendment cases with a fair and open mind.

When we have an impartial judge, gun rights cases such as Renna v. Becerra have a fair shake in court. But the State knows this, so they’re trying to get the case assigned to a shill judge who will be biased against our 2nd Amendment freedoms.



Despite these dirty underhanded tactics, a win in this case means Cali’s Handgun Roster would be utterly WIPED OUT and tossed in the garbage where it belongs!
