On Wednesday this week, CGF helped to file a last-minute pre-trial briefing in the critical ”Assault Weapons” case Miller v. Becerra. Thanks to many generous donors who helped with the funding, we made our deadline for filing that brief!

He’s been more reasoned and impartial than some other biased judges in California, so there are grounds to be optimistic about Miller v. Becerra!
