Dear Friend,

We’ve sent a number of fundraising emails this week — more than we have in the past. So we thought it important to send a quick note explaining why these messages are so important.

Tomorrow at midnight we’re going to close the books on the first official fundraising deadline since the election. In the days that follow, we’re going to report not just how much money we raised, but how many donations make up that total.

This first deadline is a critical milestone that people will be paying attention to gauge who has strong support from the community.

So our goal is to generate as many individual donations as we can between now and the time this deadline ends. So we’re asking:

Can you make a contribution to Alessandra Biaggi’s re-election campaign before our fundraising deadline comes to a close tomorrow at midnight? ([link removed])
