You can help empower under-resourced communities.
We know that communities on the frontlines of climate change have often done the least to create the problem. This Giving Tuesday, you have the chance to help fix this imbalance and a make a real difference in the lives of neighbors in need. Our goal is to raise enough to purchase two air quality sensors ($250 each) to be installed in East Palo Alto and Belle Haven to help fill gaps in coverage. We also want to raise $400 to help buy indoor air filtering devices for local families chosen by local leaders in these communities. Children, the elderly, and those with chronic conditions such as asthma are particularly negatively affected by poor air quality.
