The reason this request is so important is because, as you might imagine,
Alessandra has been very busy lately.

She’s working hard on a number of different issues, and not just the
governor’s sexual harassment and nursing home scandals. The budget is
coming up as well, and those negotiations will determine how New York
emerges from this pandemic.

So time previously spent talking with potential donors or doing events has
evaporated, as she's now working overtime to ensure New York’s recovery
doesn’t just favor the wealthy, but is inclusive and equitable.

That means we have to make up the gap, and your
