Last newsletter I updated you on how Georgia is going backwards with their voting rights. However, some elected officials are still making progress in Georgia and have lessons that we can apply here in CD2 and CD 4, especially. It's a treat to have our guest talk to us and help us learn how to reach voters. This is geared to our voter outreach work and if you are running for office, you are invited to attend. Here's what we will talk about.

*What GA looks like right now from a representation standpoint (the electorate vs the elected officials)
*The GA legislative agenda at the state level
*How Marvin Lim ran for office before he even got elected (eg. those phenomenal mailers, conversations at the door)
*The feedback he received and are still getting
*How to talk to potential constituents if you're running for office
*How our PAC can talk to voters now in advance of the midterms
