Hi neighbors, 

I wanted to send a final reminder about this evening's Ward 1 Community Safety Meeting. I will be hosting the meeting along with Deputy Mayor for Public Safety and Justice Chris Geldart, Gun Violence Prevention Director Linda Harllee Harper, and Director of the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement Del McFadden. Residents will hear about the District's crime reduction and violence prevention strategies and have the opportunity to ask questions.

I hope you can join us this evening at 6:30pm at the YMCA Anthony Bowen, 1325 W St NW. The event will be held on the outdoor terrace. If it rains, we will move indoors. Please remember to mask up if you are planning to join in person.
