Earlier this month, the trial court dismissed my 2017 Senate Campaign Committee from Leigh Corfman’s lawsuit. This means that they found no cause of action in her claims against my campaign and allows us to proceed on our claim for defamation against her. The remaining parties in the case are set for trial on November 1^st, 2021. Progress is exciting and my team and I are prepared to expose her baseless claims and anticipate a win.

It is also of note that the judge has deemed Leigh Corfman a “limited public figure”, which means she voluntarily became involved in an existing controversy (i.e. the campaign) in an attempt to effect its outcome. This is also a win for us, because, not does it truly clarify her intentions, but makes her accusations even more difficult to prove procedurally.

In another action, I have sued five conspirators (to include Leigh Corfman) who worked to destroy the senate election in 2017. This lawsuit technically “on hold” until the Corfman case is settled. Thus, November will open the door to deal with the big issues that, beyond maligning my character, have jeopardized the integrity of the election process in America.

While it is evident from the delay that Corfman and her volunteer attorneys from DC, New York and San Francisco are trying to drain my resources and cause me to give up. I see no course but to see this through. What happened in 2017 was magnified in the Biden election of 2020. Caving to the Democrats will do nothing to preserve the freedom we treasure in America. This is where we fight back and keep fighting for the sake of others who come after us.
