- to "In front of a local shop", Harare, Zimbabwe
- AND in Milwaukee, WI at
Chase & Wells Fargo Banks

We'll have Chase, Wells Fargo and Stop Line 3 signs available
You can also bring your own signs for climate justice!
Some people are making their way to an uninhabited island in the Arctic to strike - I couldn't even find a weather forecast but it's in the 30s south of there. It's early spring in Chile and the forecast is for 68° F. In Milwaukee it's forecast to be 72° F and partly cloudy - beats getting in boat in 30° arctic weather! Or, maybe not?
This is a GLOBAL CLIMATE STRIKE!
The Fridays for Future Global Climate Strike is focused on the people and areas on Earth who are most afflicted by the devastation of climate breakdown.
The Most Affected Peoples and Areas are experiencing the worst impacts of the climate crisis and are least able to adapt.
The Native People of northern Minnesota (and elsewhere) are being directly affected by Enbridge Line 3 - read the Line 3 update article.
Everyone in the Mississippi watershed and the Great Lakes basin is at high risk from a tar sands oil pipeline hemorrhaging (a.k.a. Enbridge Lines 3 & 5).
And our planet (and its population) will feel the added effects of global warming/heating because of Line 3.
Chase and Wells Fargo banks are major financiers of Enbridge! We want to be part of the pressure for change. Join us!
There are now more than
1,000 Strikes and Protests
(click the link to see the map)
planned round the world for September 24th!
Milwaukee will host one of those 1,000+
Will you be joining us and people around the world?
