Striking Back!

Dear John,

Once again, the judge in our case, who we asked to recuse (step aside) long ago because of extreme biases, has again continued our case—this time until January 2022!

But we are striking back!

Yesterday, we filed a writ of mandamus before the court of Civil Appeals of Alabama, asking the court to order the judge to transfer this case to the appropriate venue so we can proceed with the trial.

Unnecessary delays and a costly discovery process have cost us thousands upon thousands of dollars, but your continued support has been critical to our success! Thank you!

Even the liberal lawyers out of San Francisco, New York, and Washington D.C. wonder why we won’t give up. The reason is simple— We can’t because more than my name is at stake here. If elections are allowed to be won or lost because of “false allegations” our Republic is doomed.

But thanks to folks like you, we can and will continue to fight!
