As our country faces crisis on many different fronts, let us remember the importance of our elections and the consequences we must face if we allow liberal elites to undermine our election process with false allegations, and yes, even fraud!

This is why I set up my Legal Defense Fund after the unscrupulous Alabama Senate Election in 2017. That election was only a prelude of what was to come in the 2020 Presidential election.

Now, I am battling the forces of liberal America to preserve what is left of any integrity in our election system. Politically aligned courts are pitted against me because I am a former Chief Justice and I know the law and how they "should" rule, but I'm afraid that political corruption has unfortunately seeped into our judicial system as well as into our elections.

After 4 years and up to $400,000 in legal fees, we have managed to have my campaign committee dismissed which leaves only me personally being sued by my accuser for denying her allegations, which of course were false and malicious.

This would seem like a easy case to win, except, the judge in the case which is located in Montgomery—where neither I or my accuser Leigh Corfman is from— refuses to transfer this case to an appropriate venue where we both reside and our character for truth and veracity is well-known! Instead, the liberal forces involved in this case want to keep it in Montgomery, Al an extremely liberal part of the state and have a trial before a judge who was a political donor to my opponent!

The liberal attorneys feel confident in asking the court to strike my "entire" witness list and even to prevent me from revealing my accusers true motivation to lie—POLITICAL GAIN!

I fully intend on exposing the left's malicious plot against me and the voters of Alabama at trial!

We are now appealing our case before the Supreme Court of Alabama in hopes that they will see the obvious conflict and override this judges' decision not to transfer the case so that we can proceed with trial.

The only way to contend with this corruption in our politics or in our courts is to take them head on. That’s why we will continue to stand boldly in the face of our adversaries and with God’s help we will win this case and set a standard for free and fair elections.
