After four years of litigation and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent in my defense, thanks to supporters like you, we can finally say, WE HAVE WON!

Glory to God in the highest!

My wife Kayla and I are elated by a clear victory over the Plaintiff and her attorneys at the Covington Burling law firm located in San Francisco, New York, and Washington D. C. which led the effort to take me down.

Enormous amounts of money, time, and effort were spent to make our lives miserable over the last four years. We won despite the fact that evidence of polygraph examinations which I took and which clearly show my innocence of any wrongdoing were not admitted by the court.

We will now proceed to our conspiracy case filed in Etowah County against Leigh Corfman and other individuals, which was placed on hold for nearly 4 years pending a verdict in this case.

I want to personally thank each one of you for your gracious contributions, thoughts, and prayers as we have weathered this battle. This was a true David and Goliath moment! Against all odds we defeated the giant liberal law firms fueled by special interest and political mega donors!

But the buck doesn’t stop here! Now, we will have an opportunity to hold specific individuals accountable for their conspiracy to steal the 2017 election from me and the people of Alabama!
