Folks,

By now you’ve heard that Russia launched a brutal invasion of Ukraine, marking an unprecedented escalation of war in Europe for the first time in nearly a century.

What’s taking place in Ukraine is an unprovoked attack against a free and sovereign nation by a violent tyrant. We must continue to stand with our Ukrainian ally and respond with the harshest possible sanctions.

With that being said, we’ve been here before. We know what it takes to fight back. These are serious times that require serious people who are capable of leading.

It’s disheartening to see pundits and politicians applaud a former KGB thug like Vladimir Putin. Some are even going as far as calling him a “genius,” and saying that they “respect him.”

And on top of everything, Senator John Kennedy has done nothing but peddle Russian propaganda and celebrate July 4th at the Kremlin. We can’t trust our Senator to defend democracy abroad when he attacks it at home.

I’ve spent my entire career defending American values, and I’m not going to stop now.

My grandfather spent a year as a Prisoner of War in a Nazi prison. His sacrifices and service to our country inspired my career path. I spent 20 years flying combat missions as a fighter pilot in the Navy. Now, I am running for Senate because our state deserves a leader who will fight for democracy.

The bottom line is: This is a serious time that calls for serious people to lead us. America MUST stand united with Ukraine in defense of freedom and democracy. I hope you’ll join us in the fight to defeat Senator Kennedy and elect responsible leadership to the U.S. Senate >>> [[link removed]]
