In case you missed it, these past few weeks have been action-packed for Team Mixon. We want to share what Luke’s been up to on the campaign trail, so you don’t miss a beat.

Luke introduced himself to the St. Tammany Democrats in Slidell to discuss his vision for a better Louisiana. We met so many wonderful, hard-working people who want to move our state and nation forward!

Luke joined Rick Smith on the Rick Smith Show to talk about Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. They also discussed the dire need to replace Senator Kennedy with a responsible leader who will never vote to overturn a free and fair election.

Luke had a blast at the Leesville Mardi Gras riding with the Vernon Parish Democrats. We met so many amazing people, talked to voters about the campaign, ate good food, and had a great time!

But there’s nothing like Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Luke and his son Charlie loved the Krewe of Thoth parade.

And finally — last week, Luke met with voters in New Orleans — which was made even better by eating at historic Dooky Chase’s Restaurant. Such a special place!
