This race transformed once the year began.

First, a new opponent backed by special interest money entered the field — then an extreme former Congressional candidate who proudly took part in the January 6 insurrection jumped in. So, we launched the Primary Victory Fund to up the ante in this competitive primary election.

As the only former civil rights attorney in this race, I have the experience and insight to reform our criminal justice system — and as Lieutenant Governor, I’ll use my position as the Chair of the Board of Pardons to undo deep injustices fostered by our current system.

And as the only openly gay man in this race, I’m committed to ensuring that everyone in the LGBTQ+ community finally gets a much-needed seat at the table.

With so much special-interest money pouring into our opponents’ campaigns, it’s up to us to make sure Pennsylvanians know that I’m the best candidate in this race to fix our state’s broken politics.
