Hi again, John: yes, we're back in your inbox with another email about Abby's campaign, and it's because even though we met our massive end-of-quarter FEC goal last night (thank you!), Republicans just launched a nonsense lawsuit in another desperate attempt to kick Abby off the ballot.

We know you get a lot of emails from us, but we only reach out so much because this race, our grassroots fundraising goals and the role you play are so, so important – particularly as the GOP is doubling down in their attacks on our campaign. Please give us just a moment to explain.

Polling has shown us that Iowans are turning against Sen. Grassley: he's up against record-high disapproval ratings, and only 27% of likely Iowa voters said they want to reelect him. Our grassroots movement is working, and if Abby wins, Democrats will be virtually guaranteed to maintain our majority. It's no surprise then how desperate Republicans have gotten in their attempts to attack Abby and protect Sen. Grassley.

We've got the advantage of momentum on the ground, but the GOP has a war chest of more than $41 MILLION dedicated to taking back the Senate and defeating challengers just like Abby.
