Bad news, John: An Iowa judge just sided with Republicans in their attempt to remove Democrat Abby Finkenauer from the ballot. This is their second desperate and partisan attempt to set vulnerable Sen. Grassley up for a cake walk of a reelection.

But there's also good news: Grassroots momentum to help Abby fight back is SURGING – and her campaign and the state of Iowa are appealing this move all the way to the Iowa Supreme Court. Abby refuses to be intimidated by these GOP attacks, and she's building the coalition that WILL defeat Chuck Grassley in November.
