Folks, I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and I faithfully carried out my duty for more than two decades as a fighter pilot in the Navy.

But I never thought the threat to our democracy would come from an elected official in our home state.

A violent mob stormed the Capitol on January 6th because people like Senator Kennedy lied to them. And when the dust settled, after seeing the chaos that he and his seditious co-conspirators unleashed, Kennedy voted to overturn an election he knew was fair — betraying his sworn oath before God and country.
