For weeks now, Washington Republicans have waged coordinated attacks to kick me off the ballot and ensure their buddy Sen. Chuck Grassley (R) coasts to reelection. It's a fight that we took all the way to the Iowa Supreme Court – and today, the court ruled UNANIMOUSLY in our favor. National Republicans' desperate and partisan attempt to end this grassroots campaign has FAILED.

Now, the fight continues. The fight for a voice for Iowa's working families in Washington, and the fight for an expanded Democratic Senate majority that will get things done for the American people. Achieving all that means defeating Sen. Chuck Grassley and flipping this seat blue, and if you're with me, then I'm asking you to chip in $5 or more right now. Whatever you give will ensure we have the resources to keep fighting these attacks and defeat Sen. Grassley on Election Day.

These attempts to dismantle our campaign were pathetic, plain and simple. The only reason national Republicans did this is because they know Sen. Grassley is facing RECORD-LOW approval ratings with Iowa voters, and that only 27% of likely voters said they want to reelect the guy. Instead of trying to face our campaign head on, they dragged us through the court system to drain our resources with costly legal fees. 

But our justice system saw right through their desperate attempts to thwart democracy, with every justice on the Iowa Supreme Court ruling our campaign deserves to be on the ballot.

From here, we’re going to keep talking to Iowans in every corner of the state and building our coalition to beat Chuck Grassley. Today, national Republicans lost again, and we’re going to make sure that they lose in November, too. But Washington Republicans have more than $41 million in the bank to keep on attacking me throughout the course of the campaign. We need massive resources to take Chuck Grassley on with full force this November – that starts with grassroots supporters like you.
