Ron Johnson has spewed racist comments, conspiracy theories, and continues to vote against much-needed legislation that would help Wisconsin. He is one of America’s worst Senators, but I’m running for more reasons than to just defeat Ron Johnson. Before I continue, I’m asking you to chip in $10 to our campaign to flip this seat blue.
I’m running to be a champion for common-sense legislation that would move Wisconsin forward. Paying workers a living wage, providing them with good benefits, and treating everyone with the dignity and respect they deserve shouldn’t be controversial. During my time with the Bucks, I’ve shown that it’s possible to have progressive values while still running a successful and profitable business.
This can be the blueprint for all of Wisconsin and our country. We can pass a $15 minimum wage, codify Roe into federal law, pass common-sense gun safety laws, and so much more—but we need to ensure that Democrats hold on to our majority in the Senate.
Right now, with a 50-50 split, this race is one of the most-watched races in our country. That’s why CNN continually ranks this seat as one of the most competitive Senate races in the country.
