John,
The father of our country, George Washington, warned of the dangers of political parties becoming corrupt and subverting the will of the people. I believe he was speaking of exactly what we are seeing today in our Election System.

The right of the People to Free and Fair elections guarantees that “The People” elect their representatives on the basis of fair campaign practices that do not prevent or coerce an individual from voting in any particular way.

Ever since the Citizens United ruling — deregulating campaign finance law to allow mega-donors to spend unlimited amounts of dark money —wealthy elites have been ultimately controlling the outcome of our elections as evidence of the current state of our nation.

I think it's fair to say, our elections have become everything but Free and Fair!

It has been 5 years since I won the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in Alabama to much surprise to the Washington elites who vigorously opposed me in the primary.

Democrats amassed and spent a whopping $25 million opposing my candidacy. One mysterious Super PAC, organized by Senate Majority PAC raised and spent $6 million in just 30 days with the sole intent of disseminating false information to voters that allegedly dated back 40 years, without one shred of evidence. Highway 31 even went as far as telling voters that their “vote would be made public” if they voted for me.

With insufficient funds to contend with billionaires such as George Soros and Donald Sussman, I ultimately “lost” the election and the over 650,000 Alabama voters who voted for me were disenfranchised — I have not forgotten, and neither have they!

I promised my supporters that I would pursue every legal remedy available to hold these individuals accountable and, thanks to many of you, for the past 5 years I have done just that!

In January of this year, we were finally able to get my false accuser in a jury trial in the most liberal county in Alabama and WON!

But the accuser was just a tool in the grand scheme. The real perpetrators of this injustice was the Super PAC that was formed with the sole intent to confuse and coerce voters into not voting for me, but thanks to loyal patriots like yourself, their day of reckoning is fast approaching!

In just a few weeks, on August 8, we will take the Senate Majority PAC which organized and funded Hwy 31 to trial!

This one PAC alone is responsible for the majority of Democratic spending in recent cycles, the damage they have caused to our Nation is irrepealable. A win will be a devastating blow to Democrats and cripple their chances of repeating this injustice in the midterm elections.
