This verdict sends a firm message to the media and mega Super PAC's who undermine our elections with false and scurrilous tactics. It will have immediate implications on advertisements by Mega Super PAC's and a lasting impact on future elections.

I wish I could tell you that now, it's all
over, but, the wealthy law firms out of Washington D.C. are going to fight the verdict by appeal. The Judge did an excellent job overseeing the trial and left no room for error in our opinion. Though they have no grounds for appeal, we are going to be prepared.

My attorneys have done an excellent job and I rest assured they will file an excellent response to their appeal. I appreciate your continued support and prayers.
I promised my supporters in 2017 that I would not give up on holding these imposters accountable and I kept my word! Now we have to fight to uphold this groundbreaking verdict!

Although our recovery of any damages remains to be seen, the verdict of the good citizens of Alabama sends a strong message to those in DC who would interfere in our elections, “We dare to defend our rights to honest and fair elections in this state.”

We have a new judge assigned to the “conspiracy “action we filed in Etowah County, Alabama, and a hearing has been set for August 13th. At long last, we will be able to confront those individuals who conspired with Washington, DC insiders to bring down the 2017 Senate election in Alabama.
