Greetings,
We hope you had a great week and a fantastic Labor Day holiday weekend! Congressman Kim spends a lot of time out in the community with workers from all different career paths. From mail routes to small businesses, this week the Congressman and our whole team joined in celebrating the unique contributions of American workers to our communities and country. A huge thank you to all of you this Labor Day!
As always, we hope you find the following updates and resources helpful.

Congressman Kim on Bible-Way’s Grant Funding
“I’m proud to have been able to help Bible-Way and Pastor Thompson get this grant to help keep their church and congregation safe. My favorite part of this job doesn’t happen down in Washington, it happens here at home - being out in the community, hearing directly from constituents at each of my monthly town halls, and working hard to deliver tangible results. I’m confident these security upgrades will be impactful for Pastor Thompson, the Bible-Way community, and Burlington City more broadly.”
Additionally, Pastor Thompson talked about how they would use these grant funds.
“I would like to thank Congressman Kim for the help he provided to our church when we were developing this grant. By participating in the webinar his office hosted, I was able to make my application much stronger and really got a chance to learn what was most important to include. This funding will allow our church to proactively take steps to increase our security which will benefit our congregants as well as the community members we serve through our various outreach ministries. It was a pleasure working with Congressman Kim and his office and I’m grateful for their help.”
