John, I'm sure that right now, you have a million emails in your inbox giving you a million reasons why Democrats need your grassroots donation. And yes, this is one of those emails. But there is so much on the line this November that I truly hope you'll take the time to hear what I have to say.

You see, I've been thinking a lot about the legacy Democrats are leaving in the Senate and what it'll mean for American families in the years to come. 

Creating a legacy that we're proud of – and one that families deserve – will take passing meaningful, transformative legislation that makes life better today while building a brighter, fairer, better life for future generations.

When I think about my colleagues who are fighting with me to do just that, my friend from New Hampshire, Sen. Maggie Hassan, immediately comes to mind.

I'm proud to consider Maggie a partner in tackling some of the biggest issues facing us today – issues that we must address now before they spiral out of control. She's a fierce fighter for our planet and I need her in the Senate with me so that we can protect consumers from forever chemicals, ensure our children and grandchildren have beautiful, protected national parks to visit, and truly combat the climate crisis that is unfolding right now.

But Maggie is facing a tough election this fall. Polling shows her only ONE POINT ahead of the leading Republican candidate! With the New Hampshire primary tomorrow, Maggie is counting on a major surge in grassroots support to ensure that she has the momentum she needs to win in November!

So, John, I have to ask: Before Maggie's primary tomorrow, can you pitch in a split donation between our campaigns so that she has everything she needs to hit the ground running in the general? Trust me on this: New Hampshire and the United States cannot afford to lose Maggie's voice in the Senate.
