Greetings, comrades!
Vote-by-mail ballots will be arriving soon. Please join DSA-Santa Barbara for a chapter meeting to vote on ballot recommendations for the November 8, 2022 election. DSA-SB member Marcy Winograd will present information on the voter initiative propositions, and the chapter will discuss whether to make recommendations on the propositions and candidates for local offices. Of course, there will also be time to check in with each other and hear about what projects our comrades have been working on.
Sunday, October 9, 2:00 - 3:00 pm in Alice Keck Park, by the turtle pond.
Snacks and cold drinks will be provided, courtesy of DSA Santa Barbara. Feel free to bring a cushion, blanket, or lawn chair to sit on. Also please spread the word to anyone you know who is unsure about how to vote in November! The discussion is open to all!
