Our last report that we won a huge victory against a major super PAC out of Washington D.C., was true, but we have not received the first dime for damages to my reputation from those responsible!
Senate Majority PAC (SMP) intends to APPEAL the verdict and has requested a new trial after the jury delivered a huge verdict against them. It seems they intend to evade paying me any damages awarded!

The jury heard the evidence, reviewed the defamatory ad, listened to testimony and the TRUTH prevailed. It might surprise you to know, I deliberately did not argue to the jury an ad damnum (claim for damages in a civil lawsuit) as I didn't want the jury to focus on a monetary request but rather on their false accusations!

Meanwhile, the conspiracy trial against the individuals who conspired to destroy my reputation is finally moving forward in Etowah County, AL. We lack the financial resources to obtain an attorney or fund the costs of another trial at this time but we will proceed as best we can.

High-class lawyers have appeared to represent the Alabama conspirators, some of the same ones who represented SMP. This is not a coincidence but even MORE evidence of a conspiracy!

Since the outset of this case, their attorneys have stalled, delaying the inevitable with the hope that we cannot withstand legal expenses associated with my case against the original conspirators. They are fighting to ensure we do not have adequate representation!

I am once again calling on my supporters to join me in holding those accountable for the Alabama travesty they caused in 2017!

Throughout my career of over 45 years in public service, I have established a reputation of acknowledging God, integrity, rectitude, and honor. These individuals stripped that away. My reputation can never be completely restored and no amount of money would be enough to compensate me for the damage that was done. But the victory over a major super PAC out of D.C. is a great start!

In an argument to the jury in that case, opposing counsel for SMP had the audacity to argue “Judge Moore got into politics, he should have known what to expect." The jury, in that case, did not buy their argument, and neither should we!

We should never have to lose our reputation for integrity and honesty because we want to serve our Country or our State in the political arena.
We promised our supporters in 2017 that we would never give up on holding these imposters accountable! Now we must fight to stop the very individuals who conspired to stop my political career!

Our attorneys have filed a tremendous response to SMP's request for a new trial and we feel confident the court will uphold the verdict, but we must continue to pay our legal expenses even on appeal.
