There are so many good actions for you to take. We are listing in order of highest to lowest barriers to entry - if you will.

We thank everyone for doing something. Don’t listen to the naysayers:
* GOP will have a red wave.
* Elon Musk is taking over the world.
* Malinowski has no chance.
* Postcards don’t move the needle.
* Donations just feed dark money or the machine.

Pick and choose what you want to do and just do it. We have two weekends to go. The election ends in 12 days.


** Actions to take this weekend

In each of these links, there are organized events already set up. Scroll down and see if there’s one near you that you can join. You will not be alone and first-timers can be matched up with others. Most are door-knocking to get out the vote for the candidate, but Tim needs drivers for Election Day, for example. Check them all out.

+ “All of our shifts are Saturdays and Sundays as well as November 5-8th. Canvassing times are 9am, 12pm, 3pm, and 6pm. Shifts are 3 hours each with training and literature pick up located at each canvass launch site. Volunteers will get all the information they need about canvass launch locations when they sign up on Mobilize. If anyone has any issues getting location information from Mobilize, they can contact me directly at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) .”
* Help your county and local candidates
+ Please post your recommendations on social media or email and ask your network of friends and family to vote for your candidates.
+ Contact the campaigns directly or your Democratic committee (county or municipal committee) and see what you can do to help. They all need door knockers. This is the time.
* Donate!
+ If all you can do is donate, this. is. the. time. Don’t wait any longer.

Look, we all have families to take care of—either kids or older parents. We have jobs and home maintenance. We have cars that break down or making a noise it’s not supposed to. Life happens.

So, get out there and do what you can. If you cannot, help sustain us and our work with a donation.
