The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

There's good news and bad news.

The bad news is that we're still a long way off from reaching our 50,000-dollar goal by Election Day — and we're running out of time fast.

The good news is that I just got out of a meeting with my team, and we've got a plan.

I'm reaching out to you today directly because you're one of our top supporters. And if I can get 1500 supporters to step up and chip in $25 each from this email, we'll be in good shape.

I'll level with you: things aren't looking good. We're hitting a serious lull in our fundraising at the worst time imaginable.

If we do end up missing our Election Day goal ... well, I'm going to have a much harder conversation with my team about slashing our voter outreach programs.
