While we’re laser-focused on the election this Tuesday, it’s not too soon to be thinking about Election Day 2024. He’s been hinting at a possible run ever since leaving the White House, but these reports make the whole thing real. 

We all see how this could play out: Donald Trump runs for president again, and if he loses (again!), he cries voter fraud and election interference. Only this time, Trump-allied supporters of the Big Lie are in statewide elected office here in Nevada and around the country. 

Who knows what could happen if the state’s top law enforcement official in 2024 is Sigal Chattah — an election denier with significant ties to the January 6th insurrection — if Trump seeks to overturn official election results in court. It’s not an exaggeration to say it could be the breaking point of our democracy.
