Democrats are deploying the same vicious tactics in the Georgia Senate runoff that they did against me in 2017. This is why my case to set a new standard for actual malice is so important!

We cannot allow liberal democrats to control our elections by smearing our candidates for political gain anymore—My case will ensure this sort of campaigning is no longer tolerated in American politics!

As you might know, we actually won a tremendous victory in my case against Senate Majority PAC who formed “Highway 31 PAC” just 30 days before the senate election in Alabama in 2107 by way of a jury verdict. Many legal scholars said it would be near impossible to overcome the burden of actual malice (cruel intent) since I was a renowned politician, yet, WE DID JUST THAT!

The jury found that SMP acted maliciously in creating their defamatory advertisement and blatantly disregarded the TRUTH! They even went as far as to award me a large sum of money in damages, though we have not seen one dime as of yet.

That’s right, SMP is appealing the jury verdict with hopes of getting it overturned before a more liberal court. If this happens, you can rest assured that any conservative who is willing to stick their neck out to ensure liberty and freedom will be attacked in the same fashion!

This is exactly what our nation’s founding father, George Washington, spoke of in his Farewell Address… [political parties] to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government…

We are seeing what Washington predicted would play out before our very eyes. But it’s not too late! If we win on this appeal there will be a new standard for this sort of campaign tactic.

The TRUTH about the allegations against Herschel Walker likely won’t be revealed until months and even years after the election, but democrats are creating enough confusion to deter voters before the election tomorrow. It is an all too familiar playbook— Don’t Fall For It!
