I promised my supporters in 2017, that I would FIGHT for the TRUTH regarding the false allegations levied against me.

Since that December day, I have fought many law firms and defendants who organized and orchestrated the events which led to the liberal cabal coming to Alabama in 2017. I have been quite successful in my lawsuits, as I have learned from my days as a judge, the TRUTH always has a way of coming out eventually—AND it has!

Last year, my defense team claimed three major victories—First, my Senate Campaign Committee was granted Summary Judgement (not liable). And a second MAJOR victory over my primary accuser to which a jury decided by denying her allegations that I did not defame her. A MAJOR precedent for candidates who are falsely accused.

A third VICTORY, was in my suit against Senate Majority Super PAC SMP where a jury determined that the group defamed me with malicious intent, and awarded me $8.2 million, although I have yet to see a dime. If I had, I assure you that I would not be asking you to kindly contribute to my defense fund to retain this verdict.

Finally, there is one more case that may be the most revealing case as it relates to the conspiracy behind the original individuals who orchestrated the Washington Post article and garnered support for my false accusers. This case will likely be expensive and not rewarding financially, but to see these individuals receive a judgment against them would be HUGE for my vindication!

My friend, I'm still fighting because the battle is NOT OVER! and my defense team critically needs your support!
