Delaware EARNS, which provides a low-cost retirement plan option to Delawereans without a plan from their employer, will receive funding in the upcoming budget. That means retirement, previously out of reach for so many, has now become a reality.

I'm advocating for the return of "The Match", a policy that incentivises state employee retirement savings with an employer match! This policy was suspended during the recession of 2008. But with our state's financial stability, it's time for us to right that wrong with a new and improved matching program.
The end result? A government that is more prepared to address the needs of our growing state.
