If we are constantly going from extreme to extreme the average person suffers.

Elissa Slotkin for Congress

Friend -

In the 2022 elections across the country, voters made it clear that they are tired of one thing: extremism.

And yet, here in Michigan, Republicans just doubled down on that losing formula. This last weekend, the Michigan GOP elected its new chair, Kristina Karamo, who peddles conspiracy, division, and extreme rhetoric. She still refuses to concede her 14-point loss in the 2022 Secretary of State race, calling it a “fraudulent” election.

This same extreme ideology also prevents some elected leaders in Washington from even being willing to come to the table to discuss how to keep our kids safe from gun violence. Gun violence is the leading cause of death for children under 21, and yet many are unwilling to even have a negotiation on what we can do to protect families.

That’s why Elissa continues to run by being the voice of reason and focusing on the issues that affect people’s everyday lives: their pocketbooks and their kids.

If you support Elissa and want to continue seeing a voice of reason for Michiganders in Washington, then we have just one ask:

Will you chip in $10 today to help Elissa continue delivering common sense solutions for Michiganders? Elissa’s campaigns have always been powered by people giving what they can, when they can.
