We are continuing the fight to limit allowable rent increases and prevent unfair evictions. We also want to make AB 1482 stronger so it can continue to protect tenants across the state. And day in and day out, we continue working to keep our members in their homes.

At this meeting we will talk about our fight for Rent Control and “Just Cause” Eviction protections for ALL RENTERS in the state. We’ve been winning city by city, but we need these protections for all Californians.
Finally, if you are still waiting to hear from the State ERAP rental assistance program, or were wrongfully denied, we haven’t given up. Please fill out this simple ERAP Case Form <[link removed]>to get your case on our list we are taking to the State.

Continuamos la lucha para limitar los aumentos de alquiler permitidos y evitar desalojos injustos. También queremos fortalecer AB 1482 para que pueda continuar protegiendo a los inquilinos en todo el estado. Y día tras día, seguimos trabajando para mantener a nuestros miembros en sus hogares.

En esta reunión, hablaremos sobre nuestra lucha por el control de alquileres y las protecciones de desalojo por "causa justa" para TODOS LOS INQUILINOS en el estado. Hemos estado ganando ciudad por ciudad, pero necesitamos estas protecciones para todos los Californianos.
