Right now, liberal elites funded by the likes of George Soros are attempting to evade the verdict rendered to them by a jury over 6 months ago.

It has been over six months since a jury determined that a major Super PAC, Senate Majority PAC, was guilty of defamation, condemning the malicious and false advertisements SMP ran against my husband during my 2017 Senate election.

Yet, as they continue to pour millions into other national elections, they have complained about the amount of the verdict, the trial, and now are trying to use a summary judgement from a case to request a new trial!

Soros funded SMP with millions during 2017 to keep my husband out of the Senate, but now they plea for mercy from the court by requesting for a new trial—It's an insult to injury!

Judge and I have suffered greatly at the expense of these liberal elites and the jury has seen the TRUTH!

We are not afraid to take them all the way to the high court if we must! We cannot allow political funding machines like SMP to get away with spreading lies and tainting our elections with falsehoods. We MUST make our final stand!

This victory is not only a precedent for elections in Alabama but sets a standard for actual malice across the nation in every state and federal election!
