* *Effective date:* Immediately
* *Summary:* DHS will not implement the LTSS Improvement Tools into the revised MnCHOICES application.

 

CFSS implementation updates [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* People who receive personal care assistance (PCA), Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and CFSS services, families, providers, lead agencies and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates early in the transition.

 

MnCHOICES benchmarks annual report posted [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Lead agency staff and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS posted the 2024 MnCHOICES benchmarks annual data report, which includes data from calendar year 2023.





AASD messages

How the Senior LinkAge Line can and cannot help [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Lead agency staff
* *Summary:* The Senior LinkAge Line provides services and supports statewide to older Minnesotans and their caregivers. However, there are some things lead agencies must do that the Senior LinkAge Line cannot.

Webinar announcement: DWRS Quarterly Webinars [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* All interested parties, including providers, lead agencies, people who receive services and direct care workers
* *Event dates:* March 12, June 11, Sept. 10 and Dec. 10, 2025
* *Summary:* DHS holds quarterly webinars for people interested in DWRS.
